"Honestly, I felt a bit embarrassed I got so excited"
I was really excited to order, and now I feel kind of embarrassed by how much I built it up in my head. The website itself was fine, but the delivery updates were bad, and customer service took forever to get back to me. Trying to return it also felt way more complicated than it needed to be. For the price, I really expected a much smoother experience. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Return process felt too strict"
I bought a dress from Needle & Thread and ended up needing to return it. the whole process felt way too strict, and with the deductions and return costs, it kind of felt like I was being punished just for changing my mind. I totally get that shops need policies, but this didn’t feel very fair or customer-friendly. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the return policy a bit more reasonable

"Looks Cute, But So Uncomfortable"
I really wanted to like this dress because it does look nice on, but the comfort level was a huge letdown. The fabric felt scratchy almost right away, and it was tighter than I expected, so I couldn’t even keep it on for more than an hour. the discomfort pretty much ruined it for me

I ordered a dress from needleandthread.com, and the embroidery was kinda disappointing. It didn’t really look like the photos, and there were quite a few loose threads. Some areas also felt a bit uneven. For the price, I was expecting much better quality, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again...

I didn’t actually buy anything because the product descriptions kind of put me off. For the prices, I expected clearer info on sizing, fabric, and how things fit, but it all felt a bit vague. I just didn’t feel confident enough to place an order, so... I ended up leaving it.

I put it on and immediately thought, why does this feel so complicated for a normal event? It’s nice, but way too dressy for most everyday occasions. I’d probably only wear it if the invitation specifically said to go all out...

"Everything I liked was out of stock"
Shopping here was frustrating. I kept finding dresses I really liked, but every time I clicked on one, it was either sold out or only available in some random size. I signed up for restock alerts too, but nothing ever came through. And it’s not even about that specific dress or missing out on one item, it’s more that the site makes it feel like there are tons of options when you can’t actually buy most of them.

I’m disappointed. I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, and the replies were slow, vague, and didn’t actually solve anything. It really felt like they were just trying to get me to stop asking. Whoever runs this needs to take a serious look at how their customer service is handled

My order itself went fine and everything arrived as expected, but the checkout didn’t make the duties very clear. I only found out later that I had to pay extra, which was annoying. If those costs had been shown upfront, the whole experience would’ve been much better.

I do like some of the dresses, I really do, but the sale didn’t feel like much of a deal to me. Even with the discount, a lot of the prices still felt high, and I had to keep checking and checking before finding a few things that actually looked cheaper. I was hoping for better value, honestly. It’s not terrible, but for me it just wasn’t really worth it.

I usually really like this brand, so I was kind of surprised this one didn’t work for me. I wanted to give it a fair shot because I’ve had good experiences with their stuff before, but the style just wasn’t my taste. i’m frustrated with how slow the refund process has been. I returned my order and they’ve had the parcel back for days now, but the money still hasn’t shown up in my account. I ended up having to chase them, and all I got was a basic reply telling me to wait. For a site like this, I expected the refund to be handled much quicker. I don’t think I’ll order again if it’s always this slow

"Slow international shipping and surprise fees"
I ordered a dress from needleandthread.com, and the whole international shipping experience was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, so for days I had no clue where my parcel was or when it might arrive. When it finally did show up, there were extra charges I wasn’t expecting, which made it even more annoying. Customer service did respond, but they didn’t really offer much help. It felt like a lot of the stress was preventable with clearer shipping updates and upfront fee information. I probably wouldn’t order from outside the UK again

It was true to the photos, which I appreciated. That said, it did feel a bit overpriced for what it was.
